Quality-of-Life Services Provider GLOBE STAR, llc, successfully completed its CARF accreditation process this month, continuing with its longstanding recognition of quality services that aspire to excellence in meeting international standards.
With its foundational framework of Gentle Teaching, Globe Star has always taken pride in being a learning culture, building bridges for knowledge and experience within its organization, and also offering internships for real life challenges and practicum that give guidance for strengthening competence for well-trained and grounded service providers.
In this year’s report, the CARF team talked about Creating a Culture of Gentleness and stated that “Globe Star values teaching, as is evidenced in its curricula for staff members. Additionally, the organization assists with tuition for staff members to advance their education and careers. The organization provides internship opportunities to local college and university students and has expanded such opportunities to high school students.”
Globe Star Executive Director Anthony M. McCrovitz says he is grateful for the professional growth and dedication of the staff and crewmembers at Globe Star, who work together in ‘striving for excellence’ in providing compassionate support and quality of life services to our community.
