The Special Olympics programs are locally funded, and Porter County, Indiana, heads up our local fundraisers that support more than 300 Porter County athletes. Your participation in these community events keeps our athletes going strong, community strong!

ZAOSTOCK Music Festival on Sunday, July 14, 2019 at Zao Island in Valparaiso (“Valpo”) Indiana.
Benefits Porter County Special Olympics. Music plays from 1 p.m. until 9 p.m., with special performances by: The Hot Rod Heathens, Hessville Star, Ripley Street, Chris & Lou Beatle Experience, Jerica Paliga and Funky MojoDaddy. Mark Rongers will once again be providing the sound.
Bring your beach chairs, kick back and enjoy a great day of music festivities and tons of fun! Tickets are still only $5!
Dj Andy Petrovich will be playing some great tunes between band performances. 103.1FM WVLP’s radio personalities John King, Bill Koch and Mark Maloney will be emceeing the days festivities.
This event is sponsored by US 1 Industries, Countyline Orchard, Luke Oil, Merit Dental, Quaker Oil, Five-Star Hydraulics, National Grinding Wheel, and Dickerson & Associates. These can be used at the park, and $10 of your purchase is donated back to Special Olympics.
ROAD RALLY on Saturday, August 17, 2019, an all-day event that begins at 10 a.m. central time.
Join hosts DJAJ, Kevin Gates, Joe Petrovich and Chesterton Moose Lodge 1623 as we ride approximately 90 miles, stopping at some great establishments in Porter County for an awesome cause. After the ride, dinner, entertainment, auctions, raffles, silent actions and an athlete mingle will be held at the Chesterton Moose.
The Chesterton Moose Lodge, located at 602 Broadway, is our starting and ending spot for the Road Rally. Registrations can be done online, prior to the event, or at the Lodge, beginning at 10 a.m on the day of the event. At 11 a.m., registration closes; kickstands are up and engines are started. Dinner, auctions, and entertainment begins back at the Moose at 5 p.m.
To serve our athletes, Porter County Special Olympics relies on your donations and contributions made through fundraisers. 100% of the proceeds from the Road Rally and Zaostock Music Festival go directly to the Athletes of Porter County for their expenses.
